location: the hotel was near to shops restaurants, shopping centre and short drive to sydneys cbd, to public transport, very central and sydney for a funeral. ryde district was worth visiting. we liked the double room which was cheap and spotlessly clean in good condition. a kettle, climate control, and a tv were useful.

Stayed for Easter, the location was perfect for exploring the area and visiting nearby family. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The shower facilities were clean with hot water, and the pub had great meal options for dinner.
The room had a damp smell which was off-putting. We also experienced some noise pollution from other guests, which kept us up at night.
